Positive, The location is fantastic, a short walk to both Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. The beds are super comfy, probably the best I've slept in. The staff were helpful, offering great tips on where to eat and what to see. The room was tidy and had a fridge and Netflix!

this b&b is a quaint little spot, but wow, the heating was non-existant! such a shame since the decor was charming. and guess what? no offer of a kettle in the room, unthinkable! you'd expect special treatment, but don’t hold your breath. i almost left a good review but just couldn’t, it wasn’t up to par.

Charming decor, excellent location, genuine hospitality
No elevator access leading to steep, tiring climbs!!! Wi-Fi signal on the fifth floor is non-existent!!! Carpets in common areas appear old and dirty, contributing to a less than favorable ambiance!!!

The hotel is a sweet surprise in the heart of Venice, making it super convenient for exploring. My teenage daughter loved how central it was, we could easily pop back when we needed a break. Our classic double room was charming and had nice AC!
My wife says that a larger bathroom would be helpful for families.

Recommend it for couples
We stayed in the terrace room at the top of the hotel. The host was fantastic , took his time to explain with a map areas to visit and some food suggestions. Super helpful , you know? The room was clean and comfy, couldn't ask for more.
It wasn’t cheap , but acceptable for what we got.

The exceptional location made it easy to explore nearby landmarks and enjoy local cafes for breakfast. The room was clean with good air conditioning, although it was smaller than expected. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the concierge, who provided great insights about the area. However, a kettle would have improved the stay, and the breakfast option didn’t appeal enough to use it. Also, the bathroom could use more space for comfort.
